Cast Iron Yukon Potatoes

Ingredients
• 4 Small Yukon Gold Potatoes
• 2 Tbs Olive Oil
• 1 Tbs All Y’all Spice
Directions
Place the potatoes in a pot of water over medium-high heat. Boil until potatoes are tender. Drain and let the potatoes cool. Gentley smash the potatoes with your hand until slightly crushed but still whole. Season with All Y’all Spice. Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat. Add the oil and carefully add the potatoes. Cook until crispy (5 minutes) and then flip. Cook an additional 3 minutes and serve immediately.
Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
• 2 Pound Pork Tenderloin
• 2 Tbs All Y’all Spice
• 1 Tbs Olive Oil
Directions
Heat a sautée pan over medium-high heat. In a medium bowl toss the pork tenderloin with All Y’all Spice and olive oil. Place tenderloin in the pan. Searing each side for 1 minute. Place the pork tenderloin in a preheated oven (375 degrees) for 15 minutes. Allow the tenderloin to rest for 8 minutes before slicing and serving.
Slow Cooker Basmati Rice

Ingredients
• 2 Cups Basmati Rice
• 2 Tbs All Y’all Spice
• 2 Tbs Butter
• Water
Directions
Rinse the basmati rice in running water for 5 minutes (this will remove excess starch, which is good). Add the rice to the slow cooker. Add the butter and All Y’all Spice. Add water to cover the rice by ½ inch.
Cook on high for 1 hour. Fluff and serve.
